JOHN STUTTAFORD

31/08/2021 - MSP Secretaries and Share Registrars are sad to announce the death of their founder and non-executive Chairman, John Stuttaford, who died peacefully on Sunday 29th August.

Philippa Keith, Managing Director of MSP Secretaries said:  “John started the business over 30 years ago and was a leading light in the industry.  Indeed his practicing certificate was number one."

"He leaves the business in excellent shape and was involved in its future planning right up to the end.”

Peter Ronayne, Director of Share Registrars said: “It has been an honour to have known and worked with John for the past 25 years.  He will be greatly missed.”
